Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Revenue Integrity leader for our Healthcare Financial Transformation Solution to support and lead complex performance improvement engagements across large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and physician enterprises. This individual will bring deep revenue cycle expertise—particularly in charge capture optimization and Epic EMR workflows—and will independently manage projects, teams, and senior client relationships. This role requires a seasoned consulting professional who can operate with autonomy, lead executive-level discussions, deliver high-quality final reports, and drive measurable financial improvement. In addition to client delivery, the Associate Director will contribute to developing internal solutions and maturing the firm’s Revenue Integrity methodology.
