Overview DePaul Properties leads the movement to ensure residents thrive in safe, healthy, and affordable housing. We do this through advocacy, strategic communication, and mobilization. This position will provide leadership to ensure the DePaul Properties sites operate as a strong and effective organization. District Director for DePaul Properties oversees daily operations of assigned affordable housing projects in the region. DePaul Properties offers rental housing to income eligible tenants and persons with special needs. The District Director (DD) will maintain compliance laws as defined by each governing program related to each site.
