The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. The Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to position Monad Foundation’s efforts to build out the Financial Institutions vertical. This is an entrepreneurial, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on building from zero, identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and creating momentum around real financial usage on the blockchain. This is a dual-mandate role. On one side, you will own Monad's financial institution relationships — building the pipeline, advisor network, and institutional narrative that positions Monad as the chain of choice when banks, exchanges, and market infrastructure providers evaluate where to build on-chain. On the other, you will own the operational backbone of Monad's institutional communications function — keeping stakeholders informed, tracking ecosystem and token health, and ensuring this function runs with consistency and quality.
