Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $66.85/Hr. - CAD $96.10/Hr. Summary: Providence Health Care operates six (6) long term care homes and one (1) assisted living home in greater Vancouver. The Director – Operations and Seniors Care is responsible for overseeing operations in these homes, providing leadership, consultation and direction to Site Leaders/Resident Care Managers, Operations Leaders, and Professional Practice. This role provides strategic direction and leadership for the experience and impact of care to enable Providence Health Care to become a leader in service quality and maintain its reputation for delivering exceptional quality care outcomes.
