Projects reporting to the VP of Assets is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of assigned development projects—from request for proposal to construction and through project closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with plans and specifications, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently. Typical projects include manufactured housing developments and major capital projects within communities. Multiple projects run concurrently and across multiple locations/states.
