Job DetailsJob Location: Operations Center - Lubbock, TX 79407Position Type: Full TimeThe Account Maintenance Specialist is responsible for accurately processing account updates, maintaining customer records, and managing Overdraft Protection services in accordance with bank policies and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of bank systems, deposit account types, and regulatory compliance standards. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication are essential to ensure operations efficiency. Essential Duties: 1. Ability to learn and understand bank policy and bank software. 2. Provide internal and external customer service in person or by phone. 3. Work with Exceptions Processing to maintain and change DDA acct types as requested by the customer. 4. Assist other departments with special projects relating to CIF and account maintenance. 5. Be able to explain maintenance procedures to other bank personnel clearly and effectively. 6. Maintain and update critical customer information such as: address, contact information, government issued identification, employer/occupation, and Form W8s. 7.
