Director of Community Association Relations

Job description

The Director of Community Association Relations supports the regional Business Development team to establish Hotwire as a trusted business partner and create new or incremental sales opportunities from current clients, Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations and Board of Directors. The Director of Community Association Relations will develop relationships in the industry and the community to strengthen Hotwire’s reputation and general brand awareness within the region. Duties/Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain professional relationships within the region to identify new business development opportunities. - Support the Business Development team by connecting with industry professionals and leveraging those relationships to support the sales process. - Promote brand awareness and product knowledge within the region by scheduling and working with the appropriate internal departments to organize facility tours and product demonstrations. - Identify promotional/advertisement opportunities within the region and work with the Marketing and Public Relations team to create content. - Identify top management companies in the regions and conduct lunch and learn to effecti...
