Litigation Paralegal and E-Discovery Specialist NXP Legal & IP Team: Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Job Summary: Litigation Support: Primary role involves working with internal and external attorneys on legal claims and litigation matters. Heavy focus on all aspects of document collection, including managing complex e-discovery projects across all company organizations. Often involves product and technical information. Strong problem solving skills for electronic document collection, management and review is essential to the role. Administer litigation holds: General support for NXP worldwide for patent, securities, antitrust, contract, trademark, tort, employment, and general business disputes. Work on employee witness identification and coordinating depositions, hearings and trials. Primary intake for various legal notices, including bankruptcy, notices of production, third party subpoenas, services of process and third-party document requests. Assist with tracking of all legal claim matters. Demonstrated excellence with organizational skills and attention to detail.
