Field Service Engineer (Utility BESS)

Job description

Responsibilities: - Support and execute on site installations and commissioning works of Trina’s energy storage projects in Germany - Support Trina’s project execution efforts - Supervise project site activities - Comply with company policies, ensuring supplier and contractors follow up H&S regulations - Ensure smooth delivery of equipment on site - Report site activities‘ progress to engineering and project manager - Support resolving quality issues and punch list items - Support the development and implementation of Trina’s service and maintenance structure Requirements: - Suitable engineering/electrical degree or qualifications - Related experience in commissioning or maintenance of electrical equipment in the context of Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects - Must have experience on adhering to safety regulations in an operational setting - Strong site experience and hands-on mentality - Familiar with related electrical standards, Regulations and Legislation - Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions and stay focused/execute on goals under tight deadlines - Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interface with multiple parties (contractors,...
