Facilities Maintenance Specialist (Commercial Facilities): Pepper Construction is looking for a skilled, hands on maintenance professional to keep our Chicago area facilities running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a highly visible role where your technical skills, problem solving ability, and pride in quality work make a daily impact. This position will be based out of our Barrington, IL office with travel to local offices; company vehicle provided.
