ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assigns, maintains and trains crew members to prepare flatbed each morning including gathering all necessary tools, materials and equipment needed for the job(s). Ensures broken tools are fixed or replaced before leaving yard and accounted for before leaving jobsite. - Conducts daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle, trailer and equipment inspections and completes driver's checklist in Fleetio. - Sets up signs, cones, etc. on the jobsite, and/or instructs crew on how to complete set up. - Loads and unloads equipment in a safe manner by always utilizing the help of a second person, and ensures equipment is correctly secured on trailers. - Performs all asp...
