The Role: The Market Access & Public Affairs Italy Lead provides leadership and accountability for Market Access and Public Affairs activities across Italy, ensuring timely, equitable, and sustainable access to Moderna’s vaccine portfolio across national and regional healthcare systems. The role has accountability for both national and regional market access strategy and execution, with particular emphasis on regional access strategy, tendering, and institutional engagement. The Director defines Italy-specific access approaches and value narratives, aligned with global frameworks, to support successful launches and long-term portfolio sustainability. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Director partners closely with the General Manager on national topics and serves as the primary senior leader for Market Access and Public Affairs in Italy, representing Moderna with key national and regional stakeholders influencing vaccine adoption, positioning, and uptake.
