We are looking for a full-time Dutch-speaking Implementation Consultant to join our Launch Services team in Amsterdam (Netherlands market). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product orientation and training sessions to new Dutch-speaking Lightspeed Restaurant customers through virtual onboarding sessions. Your goal is to ensure customers fully understand the POS software and feel confident to successfully set up and launch their business operations. To succeed in this role, you bring strong customer service experience, a background in hospitality is highly valued, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where adaptability is key.
