Position Highlights: . - Position: Program Manager, Quality & Care Transformation - Location: Evanston, IL - Full Time: 40 hours per week - Hours: Monday-Friday,8:00a-4:30p A Brief Overview: The Program Manager, Acute Care Quality & Clinical Data is responsible for leading clinical quality innovation, data insight development, and performance improvement strategy across the system. This role supports the team to develop and implement organization-wide reports, tools, and dashboards in support of changes to processes, procedures, and policies to ensure safety, quality, and clinical excellence across multiple hospitals/institutes. Collaborates on development of metrics, data, measurement systems and processes to monitor performance. Develops strong collaborative relationships with executive leaders, operational leaders and physicians across the organization.
