Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Clinical Lead Optima Dermatology is recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead to join our growing Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics group in Stow, OH. Job Overview: The Clinical Lead position is fulfilled by a Medical Assistant or LPN/RN who provides day-to-day leadership to the clinical team, while performing the job functions of a medical assistant. During clinical time, the Clinical Lead not only delivers direct patient care but also steps in to assist teams that are behind, provides coverage when short-staffed, supports front office functions as needed, and serves as a backup clinical preceptor to assist with onboarding and training. The Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role in the clinic, acting as the on-site lead when the Practice Manager is not present. They work closely with the Practice Manager to identify and execute on specific clinic needs and will function under the direction and supervision of a licensed provider, reporting directly to the Practice Manager.
