The Waters Hot Springs is a distinctive boutique hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton , blending historic charm, upscale comfort, and exceptional dining experiences in downtown Hot Springs. Our culinary team plays an essential role in delivering memorable moments for our guests through quality food and genuine hospitality. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high?quality food items in accordance with recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards. This role supports day?to?day kitchen operations and works collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient service, food safety, and exceptional guest satisfaction. Overview: The Cook will prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts for the hotel. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements. - Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. - Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. - Complete opening duties: a) Set up the workstation with tools, equipment, and supplies. b) Inspect the cleanliness and wor...
