The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping Small Hands Big Dreams/Color Our Rainbow Academy facilities in good repair; maintaining operating standards as out lined by our Operations Manager, Center Director and State Licensing, repairing any problems when they are discovered or referring them for follow up in a timely manner. Requirements: Part time availability; evenings and weekends Be able to lift upto 75 pounds; physical stamina to be able handle working outdoors, in small spaces Be able to climb on a ladder Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems Knowledge of flooring repair and replacement ; ability to handle small projects Carpentry abilities to handle basic repairs General HVAC knowledge: *Repair tasks around at facility that include but are not limited to: *Performing routine maintenance...
