Job description

Description Purpose of the Role: To manage and design the structural aspects of projects, including but not limited to, structural steel frames, equipment support structures, skid assemblies, foundations, and load-bearing systems, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Development of structural steel design packages including plans, sections, and details - Creation of structural calculation packages for steel members, connections, anchorage, and lifting points - Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity under static and dynamic loading conditions - Utilize RISA3D for structural modeling and analysis - Review and approve structural fabrication drawings for construction - Coordinate structural requirements with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams - Provide stamped engineering drawings and calculations where required, including application for reciprocity for required states. - Support manufacturing and field service during fabrication, installation, and commissioning - Adhere to company and client engineering standards and procedures - Communicate with contractors and custo...
