Description As we scale across four countries, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our COO across the full scope of operational leadership. This role spans strategic planning and organizational development on one end, and the hands-on execution, coordination, and follow-through that keeps a complex organization running on the other. We are looking for someone who brings the same ownership and attention to both.
