Job Type Full-time Description: Position: Maintenance Technician II: Reports To: Area Maintenance Manager: Department: D09 - Maintenance: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly): Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician [I/II/III] plays a critical role in SC Swiderski’s commitment to Property Fitness and Tenant Satisfaction. Under the functional direction of the Maintenance Manager and Area Maintenance Lead the Maintenance Technician ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality upkeep of apartment homes, buildings, and community spaces. Technicians perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance while delivering Astonishing Customer Service to residents, Property Managers, and fellow team members. As employees progress through Levels I, II, and III, they assume greater technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and leadership responsibility—advancing from task execution to mentorship and regional resource support.
