What You'll Do: Act as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders, including senior and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with AltaGas’ compensation philosophy Lead job documentation, market pricing, and wage analysis, making recommendations ranging from individual job pricing to broader compensation program design Analyze and recommend salary levels for internal and external offers, bringing context, clarity, and market insight to compensation decisions Design and maintain advanced compensation models and analytics to support decision‑making, workforce planning, and program evaluation Identify recruiting and market compensation trends and advise on enterprise‑level implications and responses Support the implementation and maintenance of co...
