Position Description: Serves as an owner of the Large Group Case Installation process, with a particular focus on National Accounts, Public & Labor, PEO and Large group clients 200+ members. - Leads strategic projects that impact Commercial PSS and/or Case Implementation/Installation. Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of projects such as planning, coordination, development and implementation, and ensuring the end state of a project meets business objectives. - Provides technical and subject matter expertise relative to case installation policies and procedures and installation applications/systems tools.
