Job Title: Registered Nurse I Department: Behavioral Health Location: Evelyn Brandon Health Center (81 Lake Ave Rochester, NY 14608) Hours Per Week: 40: Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’re the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care - Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient). - Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team.
