The Mobility Advisor acts as the process owner and subject matter expert for key Mobility operations in Poland, including office parking management, non-public and public EV charging services, D2D (door to door) services, taxi contracts, driver safety (Drive Success) and fleet related support processes. The role is responsible for designing and documenting end to end processes, preparing recommendations for the Associate Director Mobility, implementing approved solutions and continuously monitoring performance, compliance and user experience.
