Job description
As an Assistant Manager of Security in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll lead a hospitality-focused security team to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for guests, artists, and staff. You'll work closely with leadership to maintain the venue's safety and security strategy, supervise security staff, coordinate crowd management protocols, respond to incidents, and maintain comprehensive safety operations. As the ideal candidate you'll bring proven leadership in crowd management, fostering a welcoming environment that enhances the live music experience. - Lead operational aspects of the security staff. Ensure staffing for necessary event security positions. Notify venue leadership regarding any changes in staffing needs.
