Project Process Description Fleet Coordinator lead is responsible for optimizing a large vehicle fleet's lifecycle, from dealer onboarding and strategic acquisitions to remarketing and replacement. It involves continuous monitoring of vehicle health, compliance, and finances, alongside managing stakeholder relationships and leading a dedicated team, including international supplier integration Responsibilities: - Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in vendor/supplier management, fleet management, logistics - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. - Proven project management and team leadership capabilities. - Ability to work independently, demonstrating a motivated, proactive attitude and creative problem-solving.
