JourneyCare Home Health is currently seeking a dedicated RN to join our home health team. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in Hyde Park - Chicago, IL and surrounding areas, providing skilled nursing services, coordinating care, and supporting patients on their road to recovery in the comfort of their homes. Location: Hyde Park - Chicago, IL and surrounding areas Salary: $100,000 - $120,000: Schedule: Full-time or PRN schedule available. Offer based on years of experience.
