KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Director of Talent & Technique, the Pure Barre Teacher is responsible for delivering dynamic, safe, and effective Pure Barre classes while upholding the integrity of the Pure Barre technique. All teachers must successfully complete an intensive 100-hour training course (approximately 30 days) before becoming eligible to teach. Training may be completed in person at a Pure Barre studio or virtually and includes significant at-home study, practice in the studio, and preparation for certification. Beyond initial certification, teachers are expected to participate in ongoing continued education and adapt to evolving class formats and programming.
