Program Integration/Acquisition Specialist

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is looking to add a strong, ambitious, dedicated, and self-motivated Program Integration/Acquisition Specialist to our team. The candidate will perform a variety of acquisition roles supporting a complex EW program for an acquisition product office with Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors. Provide acquisition strategy and contract strategy development and analysis during pre-solicitation through contract execution. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR/DoD Directive 5000 series. Develop government Contract Requirement Packages for multiple contract types: service, R&D, IDIQ, cost type contracts, firm fixed price contracts and incentive type contracts. Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure.
