Financial Service Representative

Job description

- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers - Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products - Conduct business development visits to promote the bank s services and products - Assist customers with banking/financial needs - Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions - Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures - Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned - Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures - Balance the ATM and coin machine - Assist customers through the commercial teller window - Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality - Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: FNBT is an equal opportunity employer. - Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location - Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time. - Operate a computer and other office machinery - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Qualifications: - At least 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in b...
