Job Summary: The TIE Engineer 1 will be an integral part of our Industrial Engineering team, working collaboratively with various departments to enhance our manufacturing operations. This role involves understanding and applying traditional TPS/IE concepts and tools to improve productivity and efficiency across the manufacturing process, from receiving products to shipment. Responsibilities: Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical field. -0-3 years of related experience in manufacturing - Understanding and application of traditional TPS/IE concepts & tools in MFG environment. - Conduct time / motion studies to improve productivity for direct and indirect areas - Visualize initial condition with GAPs, set targets, identify strategy and schedule to accomplish targets - Study operations of sequence, including conveyance flow, routes, start triggers, and standardized work in MFG& WH - Production System Understanding (replenishment method, Production instruction) to pursue JIT - Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization...
