Job Summary: Yates’ Industrial Business unit is seeking a Business Development Director to support our engineering and construction teams and implement growth opportunities in new and existing markets throughout the United States. This position includes developing and implementing a measurable strategy to sell engineering, construction, and maintenance services for the forest products, metals, and chemical markets. Yates is looking for a leader to leverage corporate resources to advance Yates Companies' overall work acquisition efforts, who would serve as a member of the corporate business development team. An ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to travel. Primary Duties: The position includes, but is not limited to, performing the following sales, client, and business development duties: - Author a detailed, targeted, and measurable business development plan for the assigned markets. Execute the plan and adjust as necessary as market conditions fluctuate.
