Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the Budget Office team and is responsible for the College’s capital project portfolio. This position has primary responsibility for developing the capital budget in conjunction with the College’s collaborative budget and forecasting processes. The Senior Financial Analyst interfaces with multiple departments throughout the College as well as external project managers. The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Budget and Analytics. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Capital Budget and Financial Planning: - Coordinate capital budget submissions across campus and prepare annual and multi-year capital budgets, long-term financial planning, trends, and analyses - Monitor all capital projects, coordinate multiple funding sources, and address project balances - Review and report on budget performance and complete financial projections at an established frequency - Meet with key stakeholders and project managers, both internal and external, to discuss project status and cost - Analyze capital funding sources, including operating budget transfers, gifts, grants, and endowment funding to support the capital projects, as well as fun...
