Fix what breaks . Prevent what you can .This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be working on equipment daily— not sitting behind a screen . If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing immediate results from your work, this role fits. What You’ll Be Doing: Hands-On Maintenance & Repairs (Primary Focus) Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine service to keep equipment running smoothly Catch issues before they turn into downtime Follow simple, effective maintenance routines (not overcomplicated checklists) Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify root causes—not just quick fixes Think on your feet when equipment goes down Make decisions in the field to keep operations moving T...
