Pay Rate: 12.00 Job Description: The Recreation and Wellness team is seeking dependable, alert, and safety-focused individuals to serve as Lifeguards at the Health and Recreation Complex Aquatic Center. Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons through proactive and preventative supervision, emergency readiness, and customer service. Required Qualifications: Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or If not already certified, successful applicants will be required to obtain an American Red Cross Lifeguard certification prior to employment by completing a prerequisite skills assessment and enrolling in a Butler University offered certification course.
