The Associate Chaplain provides pastoral care to patients, families, and hospital staff. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides spiritual care to patients, families, hospital staff in individual, family, and/or group contexts. Provides follow-up to ensure continuity of patient care, as assigned by the Network Director and Coordinator of Spiritual Care. Demonstrates competency in the spiritual assessment, range of treatment, knowledge and growth and development and communication appropriate to the age of the patient treated.
