Purpose: The Branch Manager (BM) will be responsible for overseeing sales branch growth, facility operations, and training/management of branch employees. This position will also be responsible for meeting end of period quota goals and drive growth through new account sales. The BM will ensure compliance with health and safety performance and regulatory laws in the daily operations of the branch. The BM may operate all HCC vehicles requiring CDL and perform essential job functions of those vehicles.
