The Concession Supervisor is responsible for creating welcoming, efficient, and guest-ready concession environments by actively supporting frontline staff, anticipating guest needs during high-volume service, resolving concerns in the moment, and ensuring service standards align with the Zoo’s commitment to memorable family experiences.
