TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Data Entry Clerk in San Antonio, TX. Overall Purpose: Supports site and/or Region by way of data entry, record keeping and other office support services. Ensures a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers. Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS. Reports to: Regional Manager/Site Manager: Responsibilities: Client relationship & Business development: - Provide paper and/or electronic data reports upon request - Data entry into internal and external customer portal - Follow up to obtain required documentation - Provide reports as requested Operations: - Verify defects identified by inspectors - Collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of company information - Create and maintain charts and graphs - Demonstrate commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents - Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Organization & management: - Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties - Obtain signatures as needed - Escalate issues as needed - Electronically store all required job documents...
