Overview Residential Aide: Samaritan Daytop Village operates transitional housing programs for single adults and families experiencing homelessness across all five boroughs of New York City. The Residential Aide supports this mission by assisting with client intake, monitoring resident safety and well-being, enforcing facility policies, and maintaining a secure and respectful living environment. The Residential Aide role involves direct interaction with clients navigating complex challenges and requires a consistent presence, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, level-headed, and professional in emotionally charged or unpredictable situations.
