Our team launched ChatGPT, Advanced Voice Mode, Deep Research, and many other products, supporting scalable infrastructure and driving safe, responsible deployment. Our customers rely on our APIs to build transformative products, while we ensure responsible usage and platform integrity. The Integrity team, within Applied Engineering, safeguards our platform by proactively identifying misuse, preventing abuse, and protecting users. We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager (Web Safety) to shape the future direction, architect advanced system protections, and lead a focused team of senior Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs). In this role, you will: Architect and build next-generation system protections, directly contributing through hands-on design, model training, and deployment strategies. Lead and manage a small, senior team of Machine Learning Engineers, empowering them with clear direction and autonomy.
