Job DetailsJob Location: Hybrid, CA 95206-1234Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary/yearPosition Overview Pacific Health Group (PHG) is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Behavioral Health Programs to lead and expand our Behavioral Health division within a fully integrated, whole-person care model. This executive leadership role will align Behavioral Health services with PHG’s broader ecosystem, including CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), Street Medicine, Care Coordination, and Community Health Worker programs. The Director will play a critical role in shaping integrated systems that eliminate care silos, strengthen clinical quality, and improve measurable outcomes for diverse and underserved communities throughout California.
