Job DetailsJob Location: Springfield HQ - Springfield, TN 37172Job Shift: DayPosition Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all hourly maintenance and tooling personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility support systems. This role emphasizes execution, workforce leadership, and cross-functional coordination to support production goals and overall business objectives. While strong hands-on technical knowledge is required, this position functions primarily as a leadership and coordination role rather than a performing trade position. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures maintenance activities are planned, prioritized, and executed in accordance with safety, quality, and reliability standards.
