Work cooperatively with Northwest Health Services (NHS) providers, supervisors, and personnel to carry out the goals and objectives of NHS according to governing body requirements and established internal policies and procedures. 2. Treat others respectfully whether it is a patient, fellow employee, member of management, customer, vendor or visitor to our premises. 3. Assist Controller with preparation of annual audit, cost reports, annual budgets, and other special projects. 4. Research any issues regarding general ledger accounts. 5. Prepare quarterly sales tax returns. 6. Maintain fixed asset inventory records. 7. Maintain and update variable accounts and other general ledger items. 8. Enter adjusting journal entries into accounting system. 9. Reconcile balance sheet accounts on monthly basis. 10. Prepare daily deposits and monitor bank account balance. 11. Transfer monthly grant funds and prepare quarterly FFR report. 12. Process all ACH transfers requests as needed. 13. Transfer money from clinic bank accounts as necessary. 14. Reconcile all bank...
