Description Nurse Supervisor: The Nurse Supervisor provides a balanced combination of direct patient care, staff supervision, and team-level operational leadership to ensure safe, high-quality clinical services and effective team performance. This role maintains a strong clinical presence while serving as a visible supervisor and operational leader who supports staff development, workflow effectiveness, and alignment with organizational standards. Region/Location: Hospital/Admission/R&I: Schedule: Day shift, every 3rd weekend rotation (currently at every 8th weekend), on call rotation -10-15 times per Year, 1-2 holidays per year.
