Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an A/P Processor. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a A/P processor to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: This position mandates that the employee be able to perform all of the following functions: Enter accounts payable invoice information into SAP, route accounts payable invoices for approval, reconcile vendor statements, handle vendor questions and inquiries, filing, and other functions as assigned by necessity. Primary Responsibilities: This position may perform any combination of the following duties: - Open and stamp mail for approval routing - Check approvals against invoice information - Maintain department records - Filing, scanning, stuffing a/p checks in envelopes - Enter invoices into accounting system - Answer phone calls from vendors - Reconcile vendor statements - Substitute in accounting department as needed - Operate basic office equipment - Perform other work-related duties as assigned Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: W...
