Part of Marriott International, Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting a Chef de partie-Staff Canteen. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the role will be responsible for preparing and serving daily meals for hotel employees in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, ensuring the staff dining area meets the highest standards of hygiene and quality. This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in June.
