Job description

Salary: $84,137 - $120,000 Trace and analyze aeronautical navigation data through mission planning and aircraft avionics to recommend certification for Performance-Based Navigation. Essential Job Functions: Performs tasks with little to no guidance. Assure software compliance with CNS/ATM Performance Based Navigation and Mission Planning requirements. Translate operator functionality requirements into a software system specification. Review and update conceptual requirements, system specification documents, hardware and software interface requirements, and software designs to ensure compliance with functional requirements. Utilize principles of systems engineering, and other engineering disciplines, to evaluate and recommend software solutions, and clarify requirements. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Active secret clearance required. Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
