Job Description: Purpose of the Role: As a Quality Assurance Specialist with a focus on SAR Reporting at Wise, you are responsible for providing expert, objective assurance on the quality and effectiveness of our operational processes and controls. Your core function is to ensure risks are identified, assessed and mitigated in line with policy requirements, and to identify weaknesses, assess risk materiality and report outcomes. You will apply your risk expertise and critical thinking to conduct holistic and detailed reviews in line with agreed methodologies and KPIs, and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
