Your role: As a AP Problem Resolution Senior Specialist, you will ensure high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective service delivery in line with Capgemini methodologies, procedures, and client expectations. You will leverage strong process knowledge to support service excellence, drive improvements, and contribute to meeting operational targets. In this role, you will oversee parts of the process, support customer‑focused decision‑making, identify optimization opportunities, apply continuous improvement methods, and support innovation that enhances both process efficiency and client value.
